Lately, for some reason, the artist, Law Yuen, recalled that he read a story about the rebirth of an eagle many years ago. Although the story is a legend story; but it gave us an enlightenment that in our lives, sometimes, like pure gold through long fire process, we must be through hard work or painful difficulty process that get rid of our old handicap habits, the old constraints, and learn new things and new concept so that, like the rebirth of eagle, we can “rise again”. We will have the opportunity to realize our potential and create a new future. The enlightenment inspire the artist to create this painting and poem (鹰经苦痛得重生, 人经火煉得再起。 — An eagle is reborn from a painful process; a man rises again after being tempered by fire).
