Recently, the painter, Law Yuen, read a book, in an episode that suddenly reminded him to recall when he was a young boy and witnessed a very talented and hardworking neighbor’s mother in his village. Every day, the mother got up early in the morning and went out to take care of her farm. After going home in the afternoon and finishing the housework, she started to teach her three years old boy to read and write. If there is a beggar from outside the village, she would not only give him/her hot meals, but also give the beggar a lot of dry food, clothes, and some money. In the painter’s mind, this mother is the greatest mother in the world. Thinking of this, inspired the painter to create this painting and poem (才德母亲胜一切，教子治家她远胜。 (A talented virtuous mother wins everything, and she is far superior in teaching her child and managing the family.))
画家罗源最近在看一本书，在书的一段情节啟發他突然想起小时候在村里看到一位非常有才华又勤劳的邻居母亲。 每天，这位母亲一大早就起床，出去照顾她的农场。 下午回家打理完家务后，她开始教她的三岁男孩读书写字。 如果有村外来的乞丐，她不仅会给他/她热饭，还会给乞丐很多干粮、衣服和一些钱。 在画家的心目中，这位母亲是世界上最伟大的母亲。 想到这里，启发画家创作了这幅画和这首诗（才德母亲胜一切，教子治家她远胜。 )
